Eagle Ray, Inc. is looking for a Security Specialist - Customer Support to support NGA’s SI Personnel Security Division (SISP).  SISP delivers agile and responsive customer service through a full-range of personnel security services to ensure a NGA trussed workforce for the protection of national security equities.

The contract shall provide customer support for incoming customer inquiries.


  • Provide positive, well-communicated response and closure of all customer inquiries. Only refer inquiries when the answer cannot be delivered by Customer Support.
  • Direct all incoming documentation to the appropriate person or database within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Deliver priority messages based on urgency.
  • Capture details of all actions in shared log or within the appropriate PeopleSoft security modules.
  • Return all phone messages within 2 hours of receipt.
  • Coordinate customer support activities across all Personnel Security Branches as customer inquiries are received to deliver the applicable answers.
  • Create and deliver reports and applicable procedure updates on or before the suspense date and with 100% accuracy when requested by C/SISP.
  • Staff the Customer Support Center during the hours of 0700-1630 local time, with at least one staff member on duty at all times.


  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 7-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years within the DoD/IC, or equivalent experience,
  • Desired Trainings/Knowledge:
    • JPAS,
    • PeopleSoft.

Additional Essential Knowledge/Skills:

  • Significant experience in a distinct functional or cross-functional security areas (e.g. personnel, physical, industrial security; computer investigations; classification management; operational security; security educations, etc.) based on the specific needs of the task.
  • Experience may be broad based, crossing multiple markets (e.g. government, industry) and may also include relevant and associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices
  • Experience directing the activities of security specialist as necessary on activities related to the specified field or discipline.
  • Must obtain DoD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification within 1 year of service.
  • Clear and concise writing skills.
  • Positive, engaging communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure required timelines and FIS quality standards are met.
