Overview

Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

  • Support the sponsor’s Quality Assurance Surveillance Program.
  • Maintain and establish a process for evaluating CDRLs and associated documentation developed for the sponsor.
  • Formulate and implement a continuous quality improvement program across the contract that supports process improvement, efficiency enhancements and identifies areas that should be strengthened/enhanced.
  • Maintain the level of quality throughout the document development process.
  • Conducts formal and informal reviews at predetermined points throughout the development life cycle.
  • Responsible for verifying that each contract products follows a defined process which is in conformance with contractual requirements.
  • Reports findings to project staff, management of the organization, and the customer, as appropriate.
  • Provides an independent assessment of how the project's program processes are being implemented relative to defined sponsor processes and recommend methods to optimize the organization's implementation.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance and ability to pass CI Poly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or mathematics - or equivalent work experience.
  • 11-15 years of SETA or similar work for DoD and/or the IC.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project (including EPM), SharePoint, Visio.

Desired:

Advanced degree or certifications in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or mathematics is desired.

Desired experience in DoD and IC, specifically the COMM Directorate of the NRO.

Familiar with:

  1. IT and Managed Service Provider Acquisition;
  2. Commercial hardware and software Acquisition and Licensing Processes;
  3. Supply Chain Management;
  4. Property Manuals and Processes;
  5. Service Level Agreements.
