Overview

Eagle Ray, Inc. is looking for Financial Disclosure Analysts to enable the following annual reviews of financial disclosure submissions:

  • Up to 5,500 reviews in FY17,
  • Up to 9,500 reviews in FY18,
  • Up to 13,500 reviews in FY19,
  • Up to 17,500 reviews in FY20,
  • and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare all applicable filer notifications regarding SFDP to ensure it is provided to the NGA filer at the intervals specified by the program plan.
  • Process Financial Disclosure cases in the time-frames designated by the SFDP Team Lead for  that filing season.
  • Accurately assess financial anomalies and unexplained affluence issues, investigating discrepant information, and prepare a detailed report for adjudicative consideration.
  • Conduct an audit at the end of each filing season of at least 5% of cases filed, to ensure consistent processing of SFDP cases.
  • Prepare monthly reports on status of performance metrics, due to the Division Chief on the third working day of each month.
  • Prepare annual reports summarizing the findings and lessons learned related to anomalies uncovered, % compliance, actions taken for non-compliance, and trends in customer feedback.
  • Leveraging lessons learned, propose process improvements to the Division Chief.

Qualifications

Required:

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-6 years of experience related to financial auditing, financial examiner, financial analyst and/or threat finance, with at least 2 year experience within DOD/IC, or equivalent.
  • Desired trainings:
    • Introduction to Personnel Security
    • JPAS

Desired:

  • Certified Financial Examiner (CFE)
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Certification

Additional Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • General knowledge of security processes with emphasis in personnel, physical and/or industrial security.
  • Experience maybe  broad based, crossing multiple markets (e.g. government, industry) and also include relevant and associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices.
  • Works independently and closely with senior specialists or task leads.
  • Must obtain DoD Security Fundamentals Professional Certification within 1 year of service.
  • Clear and concise writing skills.
  • Positive, engaging communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to ensure required time-lines are met.
