Support the Client Program by providing a wide range of Systems Engineering and Management tasks. Tasks include providing programmatic support for one or more of a variety of contacts, including software development and maintenance; information technology infrastructure support and cloud services and migration. Requires the ability to work in a client environment with a multidisciplinary team of support contractors from a variety of companies. Work directly with various levels of government personnel.


  • Provide project management and planning support as appropriate for designated contract. 
  • Validate project concepts with the customer and stakeholders to create business cases for management decisions.
  • Create and finalize a variety of program support deliverables.
  • Support portfolio management, assessment, analysis and maintenance. 
  • Build and maintain resource loaded project schedules.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management registration.
  • Organize meetings, schedule TEMS, coordinate technical activity and perform all coordination duties as appropriate for the subject meeting. 
  • Provide a wide variety of programmatic assistance to the government program manager.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with the government PM and government teams.
  • Where necessary, coordinate with the contractor team to resolve technical/schedule or programmatic issues.
  • Provide technical insight as necessary for the fluid execution of the program.
  • Have an understanding of cloud technology.
  • Have an ability to speak to senior government personnel and in large groups.



  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a Poly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or mathematics.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum 10 years of project management for DoD and/or the IC.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project (including EPM), SharePoint, Visio.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Have an understanding of cloud technologies and how the government utilizes the cloud for development and storage.
  • Have an understanding of how government contracts work.



  • Experience in IC
  • Advanced degree or certifications in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or mathematics
  • Experience with JIRA and Primavera
  • Analytical; ability to identify patterns and trends from empirical data
  • Ability to lead small groups in a variety of tasks and the ability to support the effort as a team member 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • ITIL v3 Foundation Certification
