Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze all-source intelligence data and present findings to government lead on a daily basis;
  • Write Intelligence Information Reports on cyber threat events related to the counterintelligence mission, as required;
  • Produce cyber threat assessment reports utilizing information derived from computer network monitoring tools and other sources, as required;
  • Prepare PowerPoint briefings and executive briefing papers on cyber threats, as required;
  • Attend Intelligence Community meetings and working groups to share and gather cyber threat information, as required.

Qualifications

Required:

  • TS/SCI Clearance;
  • Bachelors Degree;
  • 11-14 years experience, or equivalent;
  • Additional Essential Knowledge & Skills:
    • Experience with analytical problem solving and familiar with conducting operations related to insider threat, counterintelligence investigations and counterespionage;
    • Experience with data analytics tools used for Insider threat information collection on computer networks or of other Insider Threat risk scoring data analytics tools/programs;
    • In-depth knowledge of Intelligence regulations and Intelligence oversight principles and understanding of geospatial-intelligence products, capabilities and missions applicable to the CI functions;
    • Superior writing and briefing skills and publish finished analysis;
    • Conduct liaison with DoD/Intelligence/Law Enforcement communities.

Desired:

  • Credentials from a recognized counterintelligence training school, formal analysis training program or appropriate Information Assurance technical certification.
