Ensures CI collaboration and communication between the NGA Office of Counterintelligence and NGA Key Component leadership.  Delivers executive-level CI guidance to NGA Key Component leadership.  Leads CI education, awareness and training to NGA Key Component audiences. Requires close collaboration and CI support with the respective directorates’ leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Daily/weekly desk-side and small group comprehensive CI briefings, issue updates, discussions, debriefings, awareness and education.
  • Monthly threat briefings and awareness and education presentations at directorate and office town hall and division and branch meetings.

Qualifications

Required

 

  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • 15 years or greater of CI experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, CI, technical certifications or training or work experience. 
  • Mandatory Travel = 25%
  • Strong research, critical thinking and analytic skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong listening and recognition skills.
  • Understanding of mission urgency.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, production, leadership and followership skills.
  • Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
  • CI experience to include conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training and awareness.

 

Desired

 

  • 5 years of executive-level CI leadership experience involving budgets, policy, manpower and program management.     
  • Post-graduate degree in National Intelligence, business, law, policy or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
