Eagle Ray, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to support the Business Management Division in providing portfolio, program and acquisition management in support of the FEMA National Continuity Programs (NCP) mission to coordinate the implementation of Executive Branch continuity plans and programs and to sustain the continuous performance of National Essential Functions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain documentation as directed and consistent with the mission and vision of DHS, FEMA, the Preparedness and National Protection Office, and the National Continuity Programs Directorate.
  • Assist in developing, facilitating and updating new Business Process Improvements.

Qualifications

Required: 

 

  • Public Trust
  • 5-10 years' experience
  • PMP
  • Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • FEMA, NCP, emergency management, or continuity of government experience.

Desired:

  • Demonstrates process improvement experience.
  • Previous experience developing DHS AD 102 documentation and supporting Acquisition Program Reviews.
