Experience analyst supporting portions of a large complex program or less complex programs.


  • Extract funding data from multiple data bases.
  • Collect and summarize requirements.
  • Analyze policy and guidance, develop options for changes.
  • Provide copies of proposed changes to other staff offices and compile responses.
  • Track, summarize and analyze comments received on proposed changes.
  • Record decisions on proposed changes.
  • Draft revised documents incorporating approved changes.
  • Return changes to authors with results of review.
  • Staff final documents for approval and publication.
  • Research prior practices, regulations statutes and congressional intent.
  • Collect, analyze and summarize data.
  • Maintain current understanding of HQDA, ACSIM, USAR, State and Industry Policies.
  • Analyze requests for resources.
  • Collect background information pertaining to questions from states.
  • Analyze criteria used to build program priorities.
  • Develop draft feedback to states living status of program and hot issues quarterly.
  • Analyze performance metrics.
  • Analyze and summarize performance of each state every six months.
  • Provide periodic financial analysis of programs.
  • Analyze energy projects.
  • Energy database.
  • Site visits analyze proposed actions for impact on the ARNG.
  • Maintain current understanding of Army Energy Program.
  • Develop options for goals, tasks and actions to support ARNG Energy Program.
  • Analyze performance of state energy programs.
  • Provide specialized energy reporting expertise to support energy program. Develop options for energy efficiency initiatives in the ARNG.
  • Monitor energy training requirements.
  • Analyze existing technical guidance and develop options to clarify and expand.
  • Collect proposed documents changes. Perform energy conservation analysis on selected facilities.
  • Analyze performance for energy awards program.
  • Develop options for changes to criteria for energy awards program.
  • Analyze data for DA and DoD reports.




  • Bachelor degree in related area.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in facilities management. 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with all levels.
  • Must display poise, tact and diplomacy with all levels of staff and customers. 
  • Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate security clearance.
