Facilitates performance improvement projects using the generally accepted process improvement methodology: visualize, prioritize, realize framework. Inventories, evaluates and improves CI office programs, policies and procedures to achieve optimal work process efficiencies and effectiveness. 



  • Daily/weekly desk-side and small group comprehensive CI briefings, issue updates, discussions, debriefings, awareness and education.
  • Monthly threat briefings and awareness and education presentations at directorate and office town hall and division and branch meetings.




  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, CI, technical certifications or training or work experience.  
  • 15 years or greater of CI experience.
  • Strong research, critical thinking and analytic skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong listening and recognition skills.
  • Understanding of mission urgency.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, production, leadership and followership skills.
  • Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.
  • CI experience to include conducting investigations, inquiries, collections, operations, analysis, briefings, debriefings, training and awareness.




  • 5 years of executive-level CI leadership experience involving budgets, policy, manpower and program management.     
  • Post-graduate degree in National Intelligence, business, law, policy or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
