Develop policies, procedures, and reporting requirements for NGA’s Persistent Knight program. 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily TSCM Cyber missions to include maintaining, coordinating, installing all TSCM Cyber equipment and missions.
  • Conduct analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and brief findings to customers for TSCM Cyber missions.
  • Develop new TSCM Cyber capabilities for the Technical Operations Branch to include reseach, testing, developing and training cyber technologies.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge, subject matter expertise, tradecraft, and technical competency in TSCM and TSCM Cyber by attending cyber security training, participating in equipment training, researching and attending advanced cyber security training as well as maintaining compliance for training plans.
  • Assist with technical operations as required by the customer conducting TSCM and technical security services for preventing unauthorized access; provide reporting and briefings with recommendations upon conclusion of analysis. 

Qualifications

Required

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • 11 years experience, with at least 5 years of federal TSCM experience.
  • Experience with TSCM cyber procedures.
  • Knowledge and application of TSCM cyber and CI policy documents.
  • Understanding of network architecture and associated vulnerabilities.
  • Experience in CI operations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Time management experience.
  • Ability to work within a team construct.
  • Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification.
  • TSCM Cyber, A +, Network +, and S+ Certifications.
  • Knowledge and experience with Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems and network architecture.
  • Knowledge and experience with Cloud systems and network architecture.
  • Graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy.

Desired

 

  • Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
