Personnel/Program Security Assistance

  • Adjudicate eligibility review of nominations and submit for program access.
  • Utilize several Commercial-Off-The-Shelf and Government-Off-The-Shelf databases to make entries, verify access approval, and verify personnel clearances
  • Manage CAP/SAP programs.
  • Conduct briefings, debriefings and re-indoctrinations.
  • Execute document management processes/procedures, classification management, proper classification marking, wrapping classified for transport, couriering of classified, and destruction of classified material in accordance/compliance with regulations. This includes all tasks associated with safe management, inventories and audits.
  • Investigate, make recommendations and submit reports regarding security violations and infractions.
  • Coordinate the initiation of paperwork for facility accreditation, coordinate personnel security matters and credential issuance.
  • Perform all tasks associated with the badge making process to include operating and maintaining the badge machine and necessary materials.
  • Assist in developing and implementing classification guidance for program personnel and standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Perform all tasks associated with the execution and management of the program closeout process.
  • Provide security support and assist in site assessments.

Program Security Policy Implementation

  • Provide recommendations to enhance or improve security policies and procedures documents, program protection documents, concept of operations (CONOPS), security manuals, classification guides, facility security SOP, and assist in preparing security-training materials.
  • Be familiar with, ensure compliance with, and have practical knowledge with IC and DoD government policies, EO’s and the NISPOM.



  • An undergraduate degree 
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
  • TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
  • Experience with standard Microsoft suite products (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to effectively use customer’s security databases.
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes and procedures to customer base.
  • Possess outstanding customer service skills in order to meet high demand requirements.
  • Ability to travel to contractor sites (CONUS) in order to coordinate tasking as needed.


  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team members and customer.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers’ questions in a clear and concise manner, report the status of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Self-starter with ability to establish priorities, resolve immediate security issues, and reach back to program manager to resolve issues.
  • Comfortable working with senior management
