Eagle Ray is hiring a Supply Support Functional Lead to work with the Asset Project Office (APO) in support of the Coast Guard (CG) surface acquisition programs by developing and reviewing logistics products and preparing for the introduction of new surface Product Lines (PLs) and systems. In addition to logistical support, the APO provides systems engineering and integration, business process support, and decisions analysis. 
Eagle Ray will provide logistics products in support of Maintenance Planning, Product & Technical Data, Supply Support (SS), Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T), Design Interface, and Support & Test Equipment (S&TE) requirements for the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC).


  • Develops logistics policies, budget requests, plans procedures, checklists, training requirements, and exercises to ensure the operational readiness of mission equipment and personnel and their rapid deployment in support of all-hazards missions.
  • Responsible for: developing policy; developing long range goals; strategic planning (3 years): and recommending changes in organizational structure to accommodate changes in mission requirements; recommend changes in the allocation of resources and recommending new projects or programs in order to efficiently manage the Logistics functions.
  • Provides oversight and guidance that directly influences the placement, set-up, operation, and tear-down of equipment and systems at the deployed location.
  • Oversees supply, maintenance, procurement, and property accountability functions.
  • Directs, schedules, and monitors the work of subordinates to ensure mission accomplishment.



  • BA/BS or equivalent 
  • 10+ years
  • Public Trust
  • Experience working with high visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performs all functional duties independently.  
  • Experience overseeing the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
  • Direct logistics management experience.
  • Understanding of USCG policy and procedures.



  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customer, direct report and stakeholders.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite including, but not limited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
