  • Overview

    Eagle Ray is looking for Program Administration Specialist/Physical & Personnel Security to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command with Engineering Technical Assistance Support Activities. This position will support to the mission within these possible Task areas:  Cybersecurity accreditation efforts for the cyberspace platform and converged infrastructure, Technology Assessments/Pilots of Open-source intelligence (OSINT) and other capabilities to meet Army Intelligence gaps/requirements, Input for the development of Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTmLPF-P) assessments for Data Science and Defensive Cyberspace Operations Intelligence Support initiatives, Liaison personnel with sufficient expertise to serve as INSCOM liaison to external and Offensive Cyberspace Tool Development.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and physical and personnel security support to the Integration and Assessment Division (IAD) and Capabilities Development Division (CDD) by providing business operational activities, logistical support activities to ensure SCIF compliance and In/Out processing activities.
    • Coordinate and schedule official meetings, briefings, conferences, and travel; synchronizing calendars and key leader visits and capability demonstrations. 
    • Ensure documents are correct in form, format, and content and upload these documents to the knowledge management portals and databases within 48hrs of the tasked or as specified by the Government.
    • Maintain INSCOM G-7 IAD areas to include the Capabilities Integration Lab environment with desk top and server room policies and procedures.
    • Provide a report of any violations, issues and corrective measures to the COR within the allotted time frame.
    • Ensure all environments meets INSCOM policy and DoDM 5200.01.
    • Provide support for the In/Out processing and passing of clearances for Government and contractor personnel using appropriate security processes and in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704 Personnel Security Standards and Procedures eligibility for SCI.
    • Track progress and schedule Indoctrinate (INDOC) assist with Special Security Office (SSO) office in accordance with INSCOM. 
    • Prepare classified material for transit following all security requirements.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Active TS/SCI Clearance
    • Bachelor’s Degree with 10 yrs. exp. as Administration Specialist
    • Or 15 yrs. exp. as Administration Specialist
    • Knowledgeable on the Physical, Industrial, and Access Control (Security Management System and Department of Defense Common Access Card).
    • Knowledgeable in security disciplines, e.g., IC Directives; DOD directives, instructions and manuals; security standards, national interim guidance, and Executive Orders governing physical, industrial and information security. Examples include but are not limited to: ICD-705 Tech Spec, National Industrial Security Program Manual, DoD Information Security and SCI policies and regulations, and Committee on National Security Systems publications
    • Provide general guidance of TEMPEST concepts and requirements.
