  • Overview

    Eagle Ray is currently seeking an Operation Analyst to provide operational support and analysis to the IC Desktop Environment (IC DTE) Integrated Program Office (IPO) Leadership and the Operations Manager with the goal of promoting and managing an IT enterprise common desktop for DIA and NGA and selected partners.

    Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for program/project activities and processes.
    • Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of technical documentation as needed.
    • Collect, analyze, and brief daily operational data and IT performance metrics to support leadership, working groups, and engineering review boards.
    • Evaluate IC DTE contractor operational deliverables for quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
    • Ensure all operation tasks are aligned with the IPO governance, roadmap, requirements and associated plans.
    •  Work directly with multiple agencies, the IT Service Provider, and the IPO to develop and prepare agency adoption of the IT enterprise common desktop.
    •  Track, monitor, report and brief operational changes.
    •  Attend multiple meetings, working groups, and boards and provide operations expertise.
    •  Understand and leverage ITIL best practices to include change and configuration management and continual service improvement processes.
    • Attend client meetings as required.
    • Complete all other Operations tasks as required.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Minimum clearance required: TS/SCI with Poly.  
    •  At least 7 years of specialized experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience.
    • Expertise in Information technology.
    • Experience with Microsoft Project.
    • Effective information-gathering, through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions and/or observations.
    •  Strong analysis and organizational skills.
    •  Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
    •  Desired experience in DoD, Intelligence Community (IC).
    •  ITIL v3 certification desired.

    Travel Requirements:

    • Travel may be required inside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR).
