  • Overview

    Eagle Ray, Inc. seeks qualified individuals to assist in providing full range of acquisition and program management support services in the performance of activities within the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Health Agency (DHA) Office of the Deputy Assistant Director for Acquisition DAD-A (J-4).

    Responsibilities

    • Assist ongoing government efforts and initiatives related to the DHA objective of developing and maintaining a high-performing COR Program across the Agency and MHS. The support will focus on continue refining and retooling COR training, oversight, processes, and procedures to achieve the strategic vision of the organization.
    • Provide direct support to the DAD-A COR Program Coordinator in support of the DHA COR Program execution.
    • Monitor and perform detailed analyses of program progress and utilization of varying resources.
    • Apply extensive knowledge of different functional domains and program planning, evaluation, and analysis techniques.
    • Present, analyze and verify data, techniques, methodologies and formats associated with COR program development.
    • Generate and provide reports to leadership on all aspects of COR Program to ensure objectives are met.
    • Plans, analyzes, and reviews major elements associated with the DHA COR Program.
    • Apply a wide range of program management principles and theories to project performance and operating characteristics.
    • Plan and execute project assignments that entail a variety of complicating and interacting factors, relationships with other specialties in developing and sustaining DHA COR Program.
    • Plan and develop a DHA COR repository for acquisition-based guides, templates, and instructions on COR roles, responsibilities, and activities.
    • Develop, implement, and sustain the plan to ensure DHA CORs are compliant with regulation, training, and reporting requirements with statutes and regulation. Assist in planning and preparations of COR briefings and reposts for submission to DHA leadership as requested.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • Able to obtain a Public Trust
    • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of related experience.
    • Extensive knowledge of the DoD Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) Program requirements and goals and the ability to train CORs on roles, responsibilities, and requirements.
    • Effectively monitor and perform detailed analyses of COR program progress towards a defined goal.
    • Apply extensive knowledge of different functional domains related to the COR Program through program planning, evaluation, and analysis techniques.
    • Collect, analyze, verify, and present data on COR program management and development.
