We are seeking an IT Solutions Planner and Specialist to guide the evolution of DIA’s IT enterprise in accordance with Federal, DoD and DIA’s strategic objectives.
Provide SME level expertise in fact-finding, analysis, and development of final reports and delivery of presentations related to information technology.
Expert knowledge of organization and information technology operations and business objectives.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data in one or more specialties.
Formulates and defines system scope and objectives, develops or modifies processes to solve complex problems for computer systems and business and electronic interfaces to achieve desired results through the use of innovative technologies.
Develops and applies advanced engineering and design methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced system requirements, hardware/software interfaces, and applications and solutions.
Translates customer requirements into formal agreements, and plans to culminate in customer acceptance or results.
Executes a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, test, and final delivery.
Support the CTO Applied Research Branch as a member of the Expert Technological Advice to Future Planning Services Team, often reports directly to the Branch Chief.
Active TS/SCI security clearance and the ability to pass a CI Poly.
Minimum of seven (7) years of specialized experience working on complex data/database projects as a data analyst, data architect, data scientist or database engineer.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or experience.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Strong architectural, analysis and planning skills.
